Strengthening cage

The strengthening cage is a multifunctional position designed to  strengthen the whole body with its own weight. It is made of steel construction and powder-coated. The base of the construction is made up of four robust pillars that carry all the parts for exercise. The main position includes removable and removable bars, and the number of exercises can be additionally increased by the use of expanders, suspension booster systems, and similar enhancements. Compared to weight-enhancing, exercise with its own weight for the body is much more gentle, because it does not attract so much to the legs, tendons and is more gentle to the joints. Street workout also increases flexibility and endurance, improves muscle balance and body hold. The cage can be strengthened individually, but also in groups.
