Compensation Shooting Master is designed to eliminate the unilateral load of athletes who, in their sporting activities, exercise the lateral dominance of one side of the body. It is a machine that improves mobility in the area of the thoracic and lumbar spine.
With the right adjustment, it is possible to achieve the optimal level of spinal mobility by controlling the rotational movement in different ranges. In other exercises, we strengthen the abdominal muscles that provide rotation and stabilization of the fuselage (mm. obliquus externus et internus abdominis, m. transversus abdominis, m. rectus abdominis) and the back muscles that provide for the stabilization of the fuselage (m. erector spinea, m. teres major et minor, m. latissimus dorsi, m. serratus anterior et posterior).
CSM exercises compensate for one-sided load, which helps prevent back pain in athletes.
